           PERSONAL TRAINING

Fatburn Extreme is a new concept in instructor led fitness training and weight loss exercising. The first of its kind, it is a fixed 20 minute, maximal intensity workout with no dictated rest periods. This means participants will work until failure and rest only for recovery, making it specific to the individual regardless of age, gender, or current fitness capabilities. PPL free voiceover music tracks and pre-designed workouts, using basic bodyweight exercises, allow instructors to safely deliver the FBX training one-to-one, in small groups, or in larger class environments. No equipment is necessary, little room is required, and it only takes 20 minutes. It is a new mindset and there is no place for pace. 

           BOOTCAMP - PLEASE BOOK YOUR SPACE IN ADVANCE 

 

A fitness boot camp is type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.  While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves.

During the class, you'll probably get up early to run sprints, perform lots of push ups and various forms of plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Don't like going to the gym yourself? Looking to get family/friends into exercising? Group training can be a great way to train as well as being cost effective, offering group training minimum groups of 2 - max 4. please message for details and prices.

Looking for focused one on one training, where the instructor can focus on improving your technique and generating better results?! through Kettlebells, FBX or gym workouts the instructor can focus solely on yourself and your technique whilst helping to motivate you through your workout.

           METAFIT

 

The Metafitâ„¢ is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout. Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit(â„¢) combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'Old school' bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!
